The Harder I Work, The Behinder I Get-A Time Management training event

Do you feel the need to be more organized and/or more productive? Do you spend your day in a frenzy of activity and then wonder why you haven't accomplished much?  Time management skills are especially important for small business people, who often find themselves performing many different jobs during the course of a single day.  For that reason the Chippewa County Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC), and The Growth Coach are working together to host a “The Harder I Work, The Behinder I Get” workshop.  This time management event will take place on Tuesday, November 16, from 7:30 to 9:00AM at the Avalon Hotel & Convention Center, located at 1009 West Park Avenue, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729

This workshop is intended for businesspeople who feel like they do a lot of work, but don’t make much progress.  Jon Fields of the Growth Coach will be sharing tips and ideas regarding effective time management and will detail the various aspects of time management for your business, such as,  finding out where you're wasting time; creating time management goals; implementing a time management plan; prioritizing; when to delegate and/or outsource; establishing a routine and more. These time management tips will help you increase your productivity and stay cool and collected.

The cost of this workshop is $15 per person and includes refreshments and materials.
