Executive Summaries due October 20, 2010
As a result of the collaborative efforts between Governor Doyle, the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and Wisconsin’s biotechnology community, Abbott will be visiting Madison to meet with Wisconsin companies and researchers to explore opportunities for strategic partnerships.
Abbott’s Global External Research Organization is actively seeking domestic and global scientific opportunities in multiple areas of drug discovery research, including targets and technologies. Whether it is basic research advances, novel targets, enabling technologies or compounds, Abbott is eager to understand the science behind your project and further explore its therapeutic potential. Whether you are in academia, a nonprofit organization, a start-up biotech, a financial organization or a small- to medium-sized pharmaceutical company, Abbott is interested in talking with you.
As a research partner, Abbott’s core strengths are:
- Global organization with integrated capabilities from discovery to market
- Dedicated partner with discovery, development and commercial expertise to help your science reach its maximum potential.
- Well positioned to advance your invention or technology across diverse business lines — pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and medical devices — to meet current and future patient and physician needs.
- Committed to building sustainable long-term relationships, while maintaining transparency and responsiveness with all collaborative partners
