The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has completed development of the draft rail plan, Wisconsin Rail Plan 2030.  The plan addresses issues and need related to freight, intercity passenger, and commuter rail within the state through the year 2030. The draft plan will be available for public comment through November 15, 2010.
