What path is your business financial future on?

Financial planning is not easy and it has become much more difficult because the economic environment has become much more unpredictable. Business owners need a comprehensive financing plan for the future in order for their business to succeed. With that in mind Chippewa County Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) has collaborated with the RAI Stone Group to host "Planning Your Business's Financial Future" workshop to be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010, 11:00am-1:00pm at the Camille's Sidewalk Café, 1120 122nd Street, Chippewa Falls.

Olga Rodrigues, Head of Operations for RAI Stone Group will be leading the attendees in the area of business planning for how to plan for growth and where to 'find the money' to achieve their goals within their financial statements. Rodrigues will take participants through 5 key economic indicators used to allocate resources, focus efforts on the areas with the highest return and improve cash flow and profitability. Attendees will walk away with financial insights that they can put into practice right away and use to drive their business forward. "Financial planning is the key to success," stated Charlie Walker, President/CEO of CCEDC. "Building a solid financial plan is the solution to achieving a business's goals and objectives for growth."

This and other CCEDC workshops are part of CCEDC' S Business Retention Program. This program helps retain business and encourages expansion of existing businesses. The program also places significant emphasis on creating a business environment for stable, successful companies.
