Planning your Business’ Financial Future was the topic of a workshop held at Camille’s Sidewalk Café in Chippewa Falls on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.  During the workshop CCEDC hosted 15+ business owners, entrepreneurs and business leaders; attendees were educated on business financial planning techniques with a focus on goals and financial planning, financial statements, the 5 keys to certainty with an opportunity to review case studies. There was also a review of the indicators that are used to allocate resources, focus efforts on the areas with the highest return and improve cash flow and profitability.   The workshop presenter, Olga Rodrigues, Head of Operations of the RAI Stone Group discussed the importance of fully understanding your businesses financial statements and what indicators and trends are important to your business success!
