Chippewa County Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC), Management Services Company, and The Growth Coach have teamed up to provide a workshop called Frontline Customer Service- The Key to Winning and Keeping Customers on May 3rd from 5-7pm. This event will be held at Timbers Restaurant 615 South Broadway in Stanley Wisconsin.
In todays customer-oriented business environment, people skills are critical for personal and organizational success. How you handle your customers will directly affect your companys performance. All customers decide where to buy based on their total buying experience, including the feeling they get when interacting with your employees. They expect you to do more than just take care of them.
This customer service seminar will give you and your front-line employees the skills needed to enhance customer relationships and keep them coming back to your business. By delivering better service and increasing customer satisfaction, youll secure an overall competitive advantage through customer service excellence. Designed to specifically address the daily customer challenges many Chippewa County companys experience, the two hour workshop teaches strategies and tools that you can implement immediately to give great customer service that generates repeat business.
Frontline Customer Service is perfect for all employees who play a role in delivering products and services, including customer service representatives, technical and support personnel, operations staff, sales and marketing as well as managers who want customer service training in order to reinforce their skills and train their staffs.
Jon Fields, The Growth Coach, serving the greater Chippewa Valley, will be the workshop presenter. Jon has fifteen years of business experience, is a three-time business owner, and has worked with hundreds of companies and business owners throughout the Midwest. In addition to his hands-on business experience, Jon holds a bachelors degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management form UW-Stout, a Masters Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Tourism Management, and a Ph.D in Consumer Behavior, both from Purdue University.
