That and many other thought provoking questions were discussed with the workshop presenter Jon Fields of The Growth Coach.
This highly interactive and educational workshop topic was geared toward employees who work directly with the customer. Great customer service creates a boomerang effect-keeping your customer coming back! stated Fields. The effects of good customer service have a long term positive effect on customer-business relationships.
This and many other workshops that are hosted by the Chippewa County Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC) are part of a Chippewa County Business Retention program. CCEDCs business retention program has been established to assist Chippewa County businesses providing employee and/or management training programs.
