Applied Data Creates web-based division
Eau Claire-based Applied Data Consultants (ADC), one of the largest geographic information systems (GIS) and web development firms in the Midwest, has created a new division and has promoted and hired personnel manage the new operation.
The Elite EXTRA Division was created in response to the successful sales of the Elite EXTRA (Extreme Tracking and Routing Application) web-based routing and tracking tool that the company launched last May.
According to ADC President Jim Ward, the integration with Automatic Data Processing systems, as well as a contract with Factory Motor Parts to roll out the product to their 60 stores in 17 states, has created a need for a separate division to handle both the sales and support of the products.
Heading up the new Elite EXTRA division will Ross Kleiner as business development manager. Lori Liddell, who has been with ADC for eight years, is the manager. Carrie Morrell, who has been with ADC since 2005, has been promoted to manager of the GIS Technology Division.
In addition, ADC has hired Pete Halseth, who joins the company as a software engineer; George Carlsen was hired as a software engineer; and Lindsay Olson joins the marketing department as a project analyst
