Crime Prevention for Your Small Business
Crime Prevention for Your Small Business
Crime Prevention for your small business
Crime can devastate any business, especially a small business with limited resources. What can you do to reduce the likelihood of your small business being the victim of crime? And, if your small business is hit by crime, what steps involving the legal system may take place in the aftermath of that crime? For that reason CCEDC has partnered with the Chippewa Falls Police Department (CFPD) to provide a workshop on the topic of crime prevention for your small business. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, 8:00-9:30am at the Northwestern Bank, 202 N Bridge Street, Chippewa Falls.
During this event CFPD’s Detective Sgt. David M. Johnson will assist you in establishing a foundation for crime prevention at your place of business, give crime prevention tips and techniques for your business on topics including robbery, vandalism, check and credit card fraud, shoplifting and employee theft.
The cost to attend is $15, space is limited and advanced registration is requested.
