The DoD expects their contractors to perform – to do it right and to deliver on time This workshop will discuss the importance of your supply chains performance. Topics of discussion will include DOD requirements and expectations, quality, ISO 9000 and AS 9100 controls, receiving inspection requirements and data to collect for performance analysis, cause and corrective action procedures and audits. Discussed will also be strategies to improve your management of your suppliers.
