The Florian Gardens is the Chippewa Valley's premier event facility, offering everything from conventions to seminars to ceremonies. It is the region's largest meeting facility with an elegant garden setting, outstanding cuisine, and superb service. The Florian Gardens is the cumulation of many years of research by its owners, Dave and Patti Burke. With their passion for the project, The Florian Gardens has become everything it was envisioned to be.

Dave spent 36 years in the building/construction business, and in 2005, after doing eight years of research on the project, decided to pursue his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. His vision of an elegant banquet facility became a reality when Florian's doors were opened in June of 2006. With the success of The Florian Gardens, Dave is now looking to take his business to the next level with an expansion to include a larger convention center and hotel. This addition will be the jewel of the Chippewa Valley, and will have a positive economic impact that will improve the quality of life for the Eau Claire area citizens.
